Adds the newly introduced Checkmark marker type to the WinForms chart documentation, including localized content, and surfaces the addition in the v26.1 changelog.

    • Updated the Data Pie Chart legend topic to explicitly list Checkmark as a supported LegendItemBadgeShape option.
    • Applied the same update to the Japanese localized topic.

we stopped doing "whats-new" docs a while back and are only using the changelog for indicating "what's new"
we should also add the new marker type in category chart docs, I assume it is available there: https://www.infragistics.com/help/winforms/categorychart-configuring-chart-markers

@copilot Delete the newly added what's new topics (both english and japanese) as they are no longer used.

Removed the unused What's New topics and their revision-history links in b4fbc9e. The categorychart-configuring-chart-markers topic is not in this repository—it lives in the shared docs-common repo—so that update would need to be made there.
